one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

streets in Tucumcari in Quay county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

TUCUMCARI FIVE-MILE PARK RESTORE

two million three hundred thousand dollars ($2,300,000) to plan, design and construct

restoration of Five-Mile park, including purchase and installation of equipment and

furnishings, in Tucumcari in Quay county

TUCUMCARI KIDNEY DIALYSIS UNIT

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct, including purchase

and installation of equipment, a kidney dialysis unit in Tucumcari in Quay county
