four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including purchase and installation of equipment and furnishings, to county facilities in Quay

county

QUAY CO ROAD EQUIP PURCHASE

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to purchase road equipment for Quay

county
