TEXICO WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and install

improvements to the wastewater system in Texico in Curry county

TEXICO WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

five hundred ninety thousand dollars ($590,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and install

improvements to the water system in Texico in Curry county

to the public education department

TEXICO MSD BASEBALL FIELD

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct, including purchase and

installation of equipment, a baseball field in the Texico municipal school district in Curry

county

TEXICO MSD PLAYGROUNDS IMPROVE

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including

purchase and installation of playground equipment, to the playgrounds in the Texico

municipal school district in Curry county

to the office of the state engineer

TEXICO WATER RIGHTS ACQUIRE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to acquire water rights for the water and

wastewater system in Texico in Curry county
