two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase,

equip and install a water system in Des Moines in Union county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DES MOINES AMBULANCE PURCHASE

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to acquire and equip an ambulance for emergency medical

services in Des Moines in Union county

DES MOINES EMS BUILDING

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an

emergency medical services building in Des Moines in Union county

DES MOINES FIRE SUBSTATION BUILDING

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a fire

substation building in Des Moines in Union county

DES MOINES FIRE TRUCK PURCHASE

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to acquire and equip a fire truck for the fire department in

Des Moines in Union county
