I request that the following be funded:

ELEPHANT BUTTE WWATER TREATMENT/COLLECTION SYSTEM

one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) to plan, design and construct a

wastewater treatment and collection system in Elephant Butte in Sierra county

to the department of transportation

ELEPHANT BUTTE SAN PEDRO LOOP DRAINAGE REHAB

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to rehabilitate storm water conveyances and

culverts for drainage control in the San Pedro loop area of Elephant Butte in Sierra county

TEWA STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVE-ELEPHANT BUTTE

two hundred sixteen thousand dollars ($216,000) to design and construct drainage

improvements, including paving and a detention pond, on Tewa street in Elephant Butte in

Sierra county
