an extension of the water line, in Hatch in Dona Ana county

to the department of transportation

HATCH ROADS IMPROVE

eight hundred fifty-six thousand five hundred dollars ($856,500) to plan, design and

construct improvements to roads in Hatch in Dona Ana county
