I request that the following be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

LAS CRUCES AQUATIC & FAMILY REC CENTER

twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) to acquire land for, plan, design, construct, equip and

furnish an aquatic and family recreation center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; provided

that the facility is not named after any person living or dead, that an architectural firm that

has its primary place of business in Las Cruces is used and that the location of the facility is

determined by the respective legislators from house districts 33, 34, 35, 36, 52 and 53 and

senate districts 31, 36, 37 and 38
