I request that the following be funded:

Williams for Avon Wilson

to the fifth judicial district court

5TH JUD DIST CTHSE EQUIP/FURNISH-CHAVES CO

two hundred thirty thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($230,650) to purchase equipment and

furnishings, including digital recording equipment, for the fifth judicial district courthouse in

Chaves county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

CHAVES CO COURTHOUSE MUSEUM

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design, construct and furnish a museum in

the courthouse in Chaves county

CHAVES CO COURTHOUSE STATUE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct and install a statue of

Pat Garrett for the plaza and parking area east of the courthouse in Roswell in Chaves county
