I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

PUBLIC & ACADEMIC LIBRARY ACQUISITIONS, RET

The time of expenditure for the library acquisitions projects from general obligation bond

proceeds to the higher education department, the cultural affairs department and the public

education department in Subsection C of Section 10 of Chapter 117 of Laws 2004 is extended

through fiscal year 2008. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of

fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the debt service fund.
