I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

DEXTER ELEM SCHL IRRIGATION/LAND IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 147 of Section 37 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for playground equipment in the

Dexter consolidated school district in Chaves county shall not be expended for the original

purpose but is changed to purchase and install an irrigation system and make land and soil

improvements at Dexter elementary school in that school district.
