diversion facility in Espanola in Rio Arriba county

to the department of transportation

ESPANOLA STREETS IMPROVE

two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) to plan, design and construct street

improvements, including resurfacing, and purchase road equipment in Espanola in Rio

Arriba county
