I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

ARROYO HONDO ACEQUIA ASSN CULVERTS, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation in

Subsection 107 of Section 43 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for culverts on county roads for

the Arroyo Hondo acequia association in Taos county shall not be expended for the original

purpose but is appropriated to the interstate stream commission for culvert improvements for

the Arroyo Hondo acequia association.
