I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

AFRICAN-AMERICAN PERF ARTS & EXHIBIT HALL, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the state fair commission in Subsection 6 of

Section 30 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the African-American pavilion at the New

Mexico state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the

original purpose but is changed to plan, design, construct and equip an African-American

performing arts and exhibit hall at the state fairgrounds.
