three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and

renovate the New Mexico museum of space history in Alamogordo in Otero county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

OTERO CO ELECTRONIC RECORDING FACILITY

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for the county

sheriff's department to accommodate and comply with the Electronic Recording Act in Otero

county

OTERO CO JAIL RENOVATE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and renovate the Otero county jail

to expand the office space of the New Mexico twelfth judicial district in Otero county

ALAMOGORDO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER EXPAND

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase property and equipment for the

expansion to the domestic violence shelter in Alamogordo in Otero county

ALAMOGORDO PUBLIC LIBRARY CONSTRUCT

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to construct, equip and furnish a public library in

Alamogordo in Otero county

OTERO CO FAIR FACILITIES RENOVATE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate and improve buildings, including roof

replacement and electrical, heating and cooling improvements, at the Otero county

fairgrounds in Alamogordo in Otero county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one million two hundred fifty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($1,252,500) to conduct a

comprehensive hydrogeologic study of the Sacramento mountains for the Otero soil and

water conservation district in Otero, Lincoln and Chaves counties
