design and construct improvements to a double penetration roadway from south Florida

avenue to Desert Lakes road in Alamogordo in Otero county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ALAMOGORDO HIGH SCHL TENNIS COMPLEX

four hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($475,000) to plan, design and construct a tennis

complex at Alamogordo high school in Alamogordo in Otero county
