five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a tennis

complex at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

to the public education department

LAS CRUCES PSD MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY

one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) to purchase a multipurpose facility for

the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county
