one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct an expansion to the J. Paul Taylor

visitor center in Mesilla in Dona Ana county

MESILLA TEEN CENTER EQUIP & INFO TECH

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase and install equipment and information

technology at the teen center in Mesilla in Dona Ana county

MESILLA TOWN HALL & PUBLIC SAFETY BLDG

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct the town hall, including a public safety

building, in Mesilla in Dona Ana county
