four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, acquire rights of way for and

install a traffic signal system at the intersection of United States highway 70 or Picacho and

Picacho Hills drive in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DONA ANA CO ANIMAL CONTROL TECH EQUIP

ninety-six thousand dollars ($96,000) to purchase and install information technology,

including laptops and mounts, for the animal control unit of the sheriff's department in Dona

Ana county

DONA ANA CO ANIMAL CONTROL TRANSPORT MODULES

one hundred eighty-six thousand two hundred dollars ($186,200) to purchase and install

transport modules for the animal control unit of the sheriff's department in Dona Ana county

DONA ANA CO DRAINAGE VEHICLES/EQUIP

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase vehicles and equipment for drainage

maintenance and control in Dona Ana county

DONA ANA CO VEHICLES/EQUIP FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and equip vehicles with sprayers and foggers to

assist the facilities and parks division of the county in controlling the spread of infectious

disease in Dona Ana county
