twenty-nine thousand forty dollars ($29,040) to plan, design and construct road

improvements, including resurfacing, to Marquez road in Valencia county

WESTERN DRIVE IMPROVE

thirty-one thousand seven hundred twenty-five dollars ($31,725) to plan, design and

construct improvements to Western drive in Valencia county
