I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

ADULT RESPITE FACILITY, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the aging and long-term services department

project in Subsection 27 of Section 20 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for land and an addition

to the San Jose senior center in Carlsbad in Eddy county is changed to construct, furnish and

equip an adult respite facility in Eddy county.
