I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

The local government division project in Subsection 98 of Section 16 of Chapter 347 of Laws

2005 for the equipping and furnishing of the cave and karst institute in Carlsbad in Eddy

county may also include construction, and the time of expenditure is extended to fiscal year

2011.
