I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CARLSBAD ADULT RESPITE FACILITY CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the aging and long-term services department

in Subsection 33 of Section 23 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 for an adult daycare and respite

facility in Carlsbad in Eddy county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

changed to construct, furnish and equip an adult respite facility in Eddy county.
