one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the water and

wastewater system in Socorro in Socorro county

to the department of transportation

SOCORRO STREETS IMPROVE-5TH, NEAL, VIGIL

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including paving, to Fifth street, Neal street and Vigil street in Socorro in Socorro county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

SOCORRO PLAZA IMPROVE

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including lighting and landscaping, to the plaza area in Socorro in Socorro county
