I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

JAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADING, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of environment in Subsection

24 of Section 36 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 for a water storage tank in Jal in Lea county

shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design, construct and

equip upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant and any supporting facilities in Jal.
