I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

RATON SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION/RECYCLE CTR

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish

a solid waste transfer station and recycling center in Raton in Colfax county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

RATON RECREATION & AQUATIC CENTER CONSTRUCT

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and

furnish a recreation and aquatic center in Raton in Colfax county

to the public education department

•

RATON PSD VOCATIONAL ED CTR IMPROVE

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

at the northeastern New Mexico vocational education center in the Raton public school

district in Colfax county
