one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct sidewalks that

comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 along Tenth street, Florida avenue

and Cuba avenue in Alamogordo in Otero county

ALAMOGORDO SOUTH FLORIDA AVE IMPROVE

one million five hundred seventeen thousand three hundred seventy-five dollars ($1,517,375)

to plan, design and construct improvements to south Florida avenue in Alamogordo in Otero

county

FIRST ST EXPAND AND IMPROVE-ALAMOGORDO

two million seven hundred eighty thousand six hundred dollars ($2,780,600) to plan, design

and construct improvements to First street, including eliminating a dangerous curve, adding

two travel lanes, paving shoulders and building a railroad crossing, in Alamogordo in Otero

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ALAMOGORDO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER CONSTRUCT

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase property, plan, design, construct, equip

and furnish a domestic violence shelter in Alamogordo in Otero county
