two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including drainage, valley curbs and compacted gravel shoulders, to Cypress drive from the

Isleta drain west to Central avenue, including sections of this street both inside and outside

Albuquerque, in Bernalillo county
