nineteen thousand dollars ($19,000) to plan, design and construct road improvements,

including asphalt overlay and base preparation, on Castanada road north of La Fonda drive to

the end of the road and on other roads in the Atrisco and Rancho de Atrisco areas in the

south valley of Bernalillo county
