one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) for acquisition of rights of way,

planning, designing and construction of roadway drainage and paving improvements to Five

Points road from Gatewood avenue to Atrisco drive in the south valley, including sections of

this road both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque, in Bernalillo county
