SENATE BILL 722

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 14, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

    2. On page 13, line 21, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may" and strike "only".

    3. On page 13, lines 21 through 25 and on page 14, line 1, remove the brackets and line-through and on page 14, lines 1 and 2, strike the underscored language in its entirety.

    4. On page 26, line 7, after the semicolon insert "or" and strike lines 8 through 13 in their entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
