AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR OPERATIONAL SUPPORT OF THE CITY MUNICIPAL RECREATION COMPLEX AND GENOVEVA CHAVEZ COMMUNITY CENTER IN SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the city of Santa Fe for operational support of the city municipal recreation complex and the Genoveva Chavez community center in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
