AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EXPANSION OF DETOXIFICATION AND RESIDENTIAL REINTEGRATION SERVICES IN VELARDE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to expand detoxification and residential reintegration services in Velarde in Rio Arriba county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
