AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DRUG COURT PROGRAMS IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand five hundred dollars ($400,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the third judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support the district's drug court program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
