AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE TRANSFER ARTICULATION PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-eight thousand eight hundred forty dollars ($148,840) is appropriated from the general fund to the higher education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the maintenance and operation of the New Mexico transfer articulation program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
