AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR A FAIR MARKET APPRAISAL OF THE LABOR DEPARTMENT EMPLOYMENT SECURITY OFFICE BUILDING IN SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the property control division of the general services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to conduct a fair market appraisal of the labor department employment security office building on De Vargas street in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
