has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 5, 13 and 14.

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS".

    3. On page 4, line 11, after "state" insert ", including mentoring and web-based homework assistance for students and web-based mathematics and science curricula".

    4. On page 9, lines 1 through 25 and page 10, lines 1 through 7, strike Section 8 in its entirety.
