AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN APPRAISAL OF THE WATER SYSTEM AT THE PENITENTIARY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the property control division of the general services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to pay for an appraisal of the water system at the penitentiary of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
