AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DOCTORAL PROGRAMS IN MANAGEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AT THE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY, THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT AT NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY AND THE ANDERSON SCHOOLS OF MANAGEMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the higher education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for doctoral programs in management of technology at the college of business and economics at New Mexico state university, the department of management at New Mexico institute of mining and technology and the Anderson schools of management at the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
