AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE PROJECT AT THE MEMORIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL IN LAS VEGAS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-eight thousand dollars ($68,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support an agricultural science education project at Memorial middle school in Las Vegas. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
