SENATE BILL 295

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 11, after "system" insert the following:

", acquire the necessary software, provide sufficient funding for the secretary of state to purchase the paper ballots for all counties to use on the new voting system for primary and general elections".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
