SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ toSENATE BILL 295, as amended

    1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 2 through 4.

    2. On page 3, line 8, after "until" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 9 in its entirety and strike line 10 through "(1)".

    3. On page 3, line 11, strike "system" and insert in lieu thereof:

"systems, acquire the necessary software, pay the existing debt on the voting systems to be replaced and provide sufficient funding for the secretary of state to purchase the paper ballots for all counties to use on the new voting systems for primary and general elections,".

    4. On page 3, line 12, after "available" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 up to the period.
