AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A NEW MEXICO INDIGENOUS SPECIALTY FOOD CROP MARKETING PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support the New Mexico department of agriculture in conducting a New Mexico indigenous specialty food crop marketing program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
