AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO FUND PHARMACISTS AND STAFF SALARIES IN THE NEW MEXICO POISON AND DRUG INFORMATION CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twelve thousand dollars ($112,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to fund increased salary costs for pharmacists and staff in the New Mexico poison and drug information center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
