SENATE BILL 100

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. One page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "LICENSED TEACHERS" and in lieu thereof "PERSONS WITH BACHELOR'S DEGREES".

    2. On page 4, line 3, strike "Title I" and insert in lieu thereof "eligible".

    3. On page 4, line 10, strike "only licensed teachers" and insert in lieu thereof "persons with bachelor's degrees".

    4. On page 4, line 11, strike "common".

    5. On page 4, line 12, strike "prescribed" and insert in lieu thereof "approved".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
