    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 88

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "1978" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 5, lines 10 and 11, strike Section 3 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

     "Section 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
