AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PROMOTION COSTS OF THE NEW MEXICO ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION NORTH-SOUTH ALL-STAR FOOTBALL GAME AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five thousand dollars ($5,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university to promote the north-south all-state football game to be held at the university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
