    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 844

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "years 2006 through 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "year 2006 and subsequent fiscal years".

     2. On page 1, line 22, before "fiscal" insert "a" and after "year" strike "2011" and after "shall" insert "not".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
