HOUSE BILL 843

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike “board of regents of northern New Mexico state school”, and insert in lieu thereof “higher education department”,

    2. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike “board of regents of northern New Mexico state school”., and insert in lieu thereof “higher education department”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
