    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 833

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 19, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike line 20 and strike line 21 through the period.

     2. On page 5, line 23, strike "for transportation access" and insert in lieu thereof "and transportation infrastructure improvements related".

     3. On page 8, line 15, strike "four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred nine thousand four hundred dollars ($509,400)".

     4. On page 9, line 3, strike "Cibola" and insert in lieu thereof "Bernalillo".

     5. On page 9, line 25, and page 10, line 1, strike "five million six hundred thousand dollars ($5,600,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four million dollars ($4,000,000)".

     6. On page 16, line 4, strike "village" and insert in lieu thereof "city".

     7. On page 17, lines 6 and 7, strike "three million eight hundred forty thousand dollars ($3,840,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three million eight hundred forty thousand four hundred fifty-six dollars ($3,840,456)".

     8. On page 17, strike lines 12 and 13 and insert in lieu thereof ", reconstruction and construction of Ramah Navajo (RN) 122 in Cibola county;".

     9. On page 21, line 6, strike "village" and insert in lieu thereof "city".

     10. On page 21, line 11, strike "county" and insert in lieu thereof "state".

     11. On page 27, line 4, after "interchange" insert "on interstate highway 25".

     12. On page 27, line 20, strike "and".

     13. On page 28, line 1, strike the period, insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:

          "110. one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) for acquisition of rights of way, planning, design and construction of paving and drainage improvements on various county roads in San Miguel county.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
