    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 743

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, after "funding" insert ", but "health facility" does not include a skilled nursing facility, a nursing facility or other long-term residential care facility".

     2. On page 2, line 2, after "facility" strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 3 and 4 and insert in lieu thereof "or a licensed emergency medical technician; and".
